Great, locally-owned dental practice. They were so friendly and efficient. I had to have an upper molar extracted and the doctor and his dental assistant were so professional, precise, and competent. I didn’t feel any discomfort and was done in 30 minutes. I was happily surprised, and I didn’t feel much discomfort during the healing process. I highly recommend them and will be going back for my future needs.

I love Pflugerville Family Dentistry. They give you honest recommendations and don’t take advantage of their clients. They are always willing to help you and answer all the questions you have. The office team was fantastic when I had to discuss my payment plans for my crown/fillings. The doctor is also awesome. Appreciate you all!

We were relocated to Austin 6 years ago for my husband’s work. I was not looking forward to finding a new dentist. I did a lot of research and decided on Pflugerville Family Dentistry. One of the best decisions I made. I highly recommend this dentist.

Every team member was gracious and kind. Plans and procedures were fully explained, with all questions kindly answered. The dentist was SUPERB in investigating all the issues in my mouth. He was very tender and cautious not to allow me to feel any pain or discomfort. I’m 60-years-old and have seen more than a dozen clinicians. This practice is by far the most professional I’ve ever encountered. Highly, highly recommended.

If you live in the North Austin/Pflugerville area, I’d recommend coming here! They are extremely nice and welcoming when you come in and when you check out. The customer care is above and beyond. I’ve met the doctors and all are fantastic. I love how fast you can be in and out for a teeth cleaning, even with x-rays! My husband likes it too.

The level of expedited service I received today was remarkable! I got a prompt appointment today as I came in on an emergency basis whereas everyone else was booked out or not able to see me. I was in excruciating pain, and the team worked swiftly to get me the service I needed! This was my first time visiting this location, and I’m so glad I found them! I’ve been going to Pflugerville Family Dentistry almost from the day they opened their doors for business. The doctor and his team made me a part of their family from the very start. I couldn’t be happier with the way I have been treated by them. I wouldn’t hesitate for one second in recommending that my own family members go to them. In fact, I haven’t! The office is inside a plaza with plenty of parking. The waiting area is modern and clean. They have a kids play section. The dental hygienist was awesome. It felt like she did a detailed job. Worked with the office team on the financials – took maybe 5 minutes to look up and print my insurance quote and done. I think the quote is a fair price.

I lost a filling and being new in town, it was difficult to find a dentist right away. But I got lucky and got an appointment within the week. The office team is very professional and personable, and so is the doctor. They even started a treatment plan the same day, even though I’m pretty sure it added to their stress. I feel like I’m in great hands!

I am so pleased with this office. They have a friendly team, a clean office, and use the most updated procedures when it comes to cleaning. The most important thing about my experience was: The office team made a mistake regarding my insurance, which resulted in getting a $400 bill. I emailed the office manager regarding the error, and she replied that the bill had been taken care of as per the dentist. I just want to say thank you to the dentist. This displays great customer service. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone who asks.
